Students belonging to AISA and ABVP involved in clashes in Delhi on Wednesday after the latter disrupted a literary event on Tuesday where Jawaharlal Nehru University student Umar Khalid was invited to speak on a subject related to his PhD. The students of Ramjas College, where the incident took place, were on a protest against ABVP students and raised slogans against ABVP, which is affiliated to RSS. Reportedly police personnel were deployed to bring the situation under control.
