Following the conclusion of the four-match Test series against India, Australian skipper Steve Smith reportedly offered the members of the Indian cricket team to join them for a beer in the dressing rooms on Tuesday. According to cricket journalist Alister Nicholson, Smith reportedly asked India’s skipper in the fourth Test, Ajinkya Rahane, if they could join India for a beer in the dressing rooms. Notably, India defeated Australia 2-1 to reclaim the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
