SpaceX to launch first 'recycled' rocket

Billionaire Elon Musk's company, SpaceX is reportedly planning to launch its first recycled rocket on Thursday. The rocket uses the same booster used by SpaceX earlier in April to send food supplies to the International Space Station. The re-usability technology is expected to cut the cost of sending rockets by 30 percent.
