E-commerce major Snapdeal on Tuesday reportedly initiated payouts to its laid off employees. Snapdeal reportedly laid off more than one thousand employees as a massive cost-cutting drive. According to reports, this sudden move by Snapdeal is a process of initiating its merger with Flipkart.
