According to a report by LiveMint, the much-awaited merger between Snapdeal-Flipkart is expected to happen by the end of next week. The report also states that Japan’s SoftBank will play a more active role in the merged identity. Notably, Softbank had ploughed $2 billion into Snapdeal in two years.
