Indian shuttler PV Sindhu has advanced to the second round of Singapore Open Superseries badminton tournament on Wednesday. Sindhu, who is currently ranked number 2, defeated Japan's Nozomi Okuhara 10-21, 21-15, 22-20 in the first round. Notably, another Indian player Sai Praneeth won 17-21, 21-7, 21-19 against Emil Holst of Denmark.
