According to reports, Senior Samajwadi Party leader Shivpal Yadav on Friday announced that he is forming a new party. Reportedly, the new party will be called ‘Samajwadi Secular Morcha’. Several reports also suggest that Samajwadi Party's patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav is expected to be the chief of the new party.
