The Chennai city police have reportedly withdrawn the security to Poes Garden after AIADMK general secretary V K Sasikala surrendered before Bengaluru trial court. The security has reportedly been trimmed to a handful of constables. Sasikala’s family-appointed private security guards took over the security of Veda Nilayam. The move comes after DMK working president M K Stalin criticised it.
