According to reports, the Supreme Court on Friday reportedly disposed off a petition that sought to prevent AIADMK general secretary V K Sasikala from holding the post of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. The petition reportedly claimed that Sasikala was convicted in the disproportionate assets case, thus she is not eligible to hold the post.
