The Supreme Court has reportedly dismissed the review petition filed by the Karnataka government on Wednesday. According to reports, the state had challenged the abatement of its plea against former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in the disproportionate assets case. Notably, Jayalalithaa was earlier abated after her death on December 5, 2016.
