AIADMK spokesperson Panruti Ramachandran on Wednesday reportedly said the election of Sasikala as the general secretary by the general council of the party was an interim arrangement, adding, “The by-laws of the party constitution is not preventive against her election.” He also reportedly said that action against O Panneerselvam and ten other MLAs for voting against the government would be taken at an appropriate time.
