Indo-Croatian pair Sania Mirza and Ivan Dodig have lost the Australian Open title in the mixed doubles category in Melbourne on Sunday. Mirza and Dodig were defeated by Abigail Spears of the USA and Juan Sebastian Cabal of Colombia 2-6, 4-6 in the finals. Notably, Sania Mirza lost her chance to win the fourth Grand Slam mixed doubles title.
