Pyotr Levashov, the Russia-based computer programmer accused of hacking the United States presidential election was reportedly arrested in Spain. According to reports, Levashov was taken into custody under the international arrest warrant put out by the US from the Barcelona airport. Notably, the US Ambassador had earlier confirmed that Russia was involved in the US presidential elections.
