Rolls Royce Phantom VII’s production after a 13-year-run comes to an end after the British luxury carmaker announced that it has built the last unit of its seventh generation Phantom car. The Blue Velvet car sports a V12 engine which offers 453 bhp and a top speed of 240 kmph. A brand-new model is scheduled to make its debut before the end of the year.
