Rest of India lifted the Irani Cup with the help of wicketkeeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha’s maiden double ton against Gujarat on Tuesday. RoI was given a stiff target of 379 to chase and was struggling at 63/4. Wriddhiman Saha(203) and Cheteshwar Pujara(116) stitched a 316 run partnership for the fifth wicket to win the finals. RoI won the Irani Cup last year as well.
