Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday reportedly made rainwater harvesting a compulsory step in getting approval for the building plan. Notably, UP is staring at a severe water crisis. According to reports, 650 out of 820 blocks in the state are witnessing a decline in the groundwater level. After issuing the order, the CM reportedly said that his government would make sure that UP will not face water shortage.
