Rising Pune Supergiant and Gujarat Lions will reportedly not be playing IPL 11 tournament due to the return of Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals. According to reports, BCCI CEO Rahul Johri, in an interview, said that CSK and RR would replace RPS and GL in the next edition of the IPL. Notably, Johri also confirmed that the two-year ban would be lifted in 2018.
