Indian shuttler Sai Praneeth has defeated fellow countryman Kidambi Srikanth in the Singapore Open on Sunday to clinch his first Super Series title. Praneeth won 17-21, 21-17, 21-12 against Srikanth in a match that lasted for 54 minutes. Notably, Praneeth, who is currently ranked number 30, had won the Canada Open badminton tournament in July 2016.
