A bike along with its owner was towed by the city traffic police in Kanpur on Thursday. Reportedly, the biker had parked his bike in a no-parking proximity and refused to let go his bike or pay the fine, when the police summoned him. This reportedly led to police deciding to tow the man along with his motorcycle.
