Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated India's longest cable bridge in Bharuch, Gujarat on Tuesday.  The bridge is built by Larsen and Toubro on river Narmada at a cost of Rs. 379 crore. The cable bridge spans 1,344 meters long and 22.8 meters wide with 216 cables of 25 to 40 meters length. It also has 17.4 meter wide four-lane road, a three-metre wide footpath, and over 400 LED lights.
