Members of Congress, NCP, Sambhaji Brigade and Gandhian groups have reportedly protested against Marathi actor Sharad Ponkshe for playing Godse in Hey Ram Nathuram play staged in Pune. According to reports, Sambhaji Brigade chief has said that play tried to glorify the murder of Gandhi. Notably, Sharad Ponkshe is a member of RSS.
