People in Neduvasal have reportedly announced that they would resume their protest against the hydrocarbon extraction project in the village on April 7. According to reports, people’s move comes after Centre signed a deal for the project with GEM Laboratories. Notably, the protesters had earlier given up the agitation, which lasted for over 20 days, temporarily.
