Electronics giant Panasonic has urged its employees to the leave the office by 8.00 pm following the suicide of young women who worked overtime for 100 hours per month in 2015. Panasonic President Kazuhiro Tsuga personally took charge and e-mailed its 100,000 employees in Japan about the decision. The regulations came into force from February.
