Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has reportedly said that only PM Modi can take bold steps like resuming talks with Pakistan. Mufti also reportedly said Modi can heal the wounds of people of Jammu and Kashmir, take the state out of the morass. Stating that he could start dialogue with Pakistan, Mufti added he can make the atmosphere conducive.
