After violence erupted in Marina on Monday at the weeklong protests for a permanent solution on Jallikattu ban, the police have reportedly asserted that it is not the students but some anti-social elements have created the ruckus. The police reportedly said that anti-social elements have crept into the crowd to cause damage to the reputation of students’ protests.
