The Supreme Court bench of Justices PC Ghose and Amitava Roy, on Wednesday, said that there is no need to recover Rs 100 crore fine imposed on late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. According to reports, the apex court has also dismissed Karnataka’s review petition, which challenged the abatement of the state’s plea against Jayalalithaa and sought to recover Rs 100 crore penalty.
