Yogi Adityanath-led BJP government on Thursday announced that quota based reservation for SCs, STs and Other Backward Classes in private medical colleges would be put to an end in the state. Further, the UP government is reportedly planning to make one foreign language compulsory in schools and introduce English from the nursery instead of Class 6 in government schools.
