Neymar Jr set to take over from Messi, Ronaldo: Beckham

Former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder David Beckham has said that Brazilian forward Neymar Jr is all set to take over from Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo as the world’s best player. Beckham wrote this after the 25-year-old Barcelona forward was named in TIME magazine’s 100 most influential people list. Further, he said, "I suspect the recent Champions League game against Paris Saint-Germain, when Neymar helped his team to an unforgettable 6-1 win, will be remembered as the moment he stepped up to take on the mantle of best player in the world.”
