Former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam has reportedly said that money distribution would have no effect over the upcoming RK Nagar by-election. According to reports, Panneerselvam made this announcement during his campaign for AIADMK Puratchi Thalaivi Amma candidate Madhusudhanan. Notably, the by-poll is scheduled to be held on April 12.
