Several Rajasthan legislators, including MLAs from the ruling BJP government, were allegedly caught sleeping when the budget was being read out in the state assembly by Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. "This was such a hopeless budget that even BJP MLAs were sleeping when the CM was presenting it," said a Congress lawmaker.
