According to a report by US-based organisation Politico, tech majors Amazon and Google made donations to US President Donald Trump's inauguration, with Microsoft contributing over $250,000 in cash. Microsoft is now part of the legal brief filed by nearly 100 companies to support an ongoing lawsuit against Trump's immigration ban. Notably, Tesla and Facebook were also part of the brief.
