Gurmehar Kaur, the Delhi University student whose campaign against ABVP in social media went viral, has complained to the city’s women rights panel that she was threatened with rape. Notably, Kaur who earlier referring to her martyr-father captain Mandeep Singh had posted a photograph with a placard which read, “Pakistan did not kill my dad, war did.”
