Congress leader Manish Tewari on Tuesday reportedly said that Manmohan Singh is not a weak Prime Minister and if he was, he wouldn't have gone ahead with the civil nuclear deal. Tewari also added that, for some strange reasons, the former PM decided not to assert himself during the second term of the UPA government.
