Madras High Court has reportedly issued notice to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy, Assembly Speaker Dhanapal, Assembly secretary Jamaludeen and Home secretary Girija Vaidyanathan on Monday ordering them to file a counter affidavit over the trust vote by March 10. According to reports, the court’s move comes after DMK working president MK Stalin filed a plea to declare the results of floor test null and void.
