Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday reportedly announced that he is planning to introduce alcohol prohibition in the state. According to reports, the liquor shops in the state would be closed in a phased manner. Notably, the state has already closed all the liquor shops located on the banks of river Narmada, as a first step. Chouhan is also said to be planning a de-addiction drive.
