The crime branch of Delhi Police on Wednesday reportedly issued a lookout notice against AIADMK deputy general secretary T T V Dhinakaran. According to reports, all sea and airports have been informed with the details of T T V Dhinakaran and immigration officials have been directed to notify the police if Dhinakaran tries to board a flight.
