The New Delhi Municipal Council reportedly decided to cancel the license of the famous five-star Le Meridien Hotel on Thursday. According to reports, the council decided to terminate the hotel's license due to non-payment of license fee amounting to Rs. 523 crore. The NDMC, chaired by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, decided to cancel the license given to CJ International Hotels Limited, the company that operates Le Meridien.
