The Karnataka State Cricket Association on Friday, unveiled a 4.25 crore vacuum-powered drainage system at Bengaluru's Chinnaswamy Stadium. The drainage system consists of subsurface aeration, capable of working 36 times quicker than normal drainage, making it the world's first cricket ground to get the new-age system, which is installed in football grounds such as London's Wembley.
