Kerala police on Wednesday reportedly launched a new initiative called ‘Goonda Vandi' in Kottayam district. According to reports, the Kerala police uses one of its buses to give a PPT presentation to the public. Notably, the presentation includes photographs and all other details of the convicted criminals. The presentation also reportedly includes 113 inactive criminals in the area, the report says.
