Former Punjab Chief Minister and Congress leader Rajinder Kaur Bhattal has reportedly promised that the party would provide job to one member from each family within 100 days if it comes to power in the upcoming state Assembly elections. Bhattal also assured to give five units of land and Rs 2.5 lakh for construction of houses for the families living below poverty line.
