Indian shooter Jitu Rai on Wednesday won his and India’s first gold medal in the 50m men’s air pistol category at the 2017 ISSF World Cup in New Delhi. Meanwhile, India’s Amarpreet Singh grabbed the silver medal in the same event. Notably, this is the second medal in two days for Rai, who earlier won the bronze medal in 10m pistol event on Tuesday.
