Jio becomes India's largest broadband service provider

According to TRAI, Mukesh Ambani-led telecom major Reliance Jio has accounted for nearly 40% of India’s broadband connections, just six months after its launch. Jio, with 102.84 million users, became India’s largest broadband service provider, followed by Bharti Airtel at 46.69 million broadband connections. The numbers are for February and include both wired and wireless connections in the country.
