Indore, Bhopal declared as India's cleanest cities

According to a survey by the Union Urban Development Ministry, Madhya Pradesh’s Indore and Bhopal were declared as the cleanest cities in India. The study was carried out by the Quality Council of India in as many as 434 cities in the country and was based on the feedback of 18 lakh respondents. Around 23 cities and towns in Madhya Pradesh were among the top 100 cleanest cities in the country.
