According to reports, Justice Indira Banerjee of Delhi High Court has been elevated to Madras High Court as Chief Justice. Reportedly, she is expected to take charge in two weeks. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, who was the Chief Justice of Madras High Court, was elevated to Supreme Court in February.
