Indrani Das, a 17-year-old Indian-American teenager won the top prize of $2,50,000 (Rs. 1.63 crores) in the Regeneron Science Talent Search competition on Thursday. She reportedly won the prize for her research on treating brain injury and disease. Another Indian-American teen, Arjun Ramani, won the third place for his project.
