High Commissioner of India to Sri Lanka Taranjit Singh Sandhu on Sunday reportedly said that India would become the world's youngest country by 2020 with an average age of 29. While delivering a foreign policy lecture in Sri Lanka Sandhu also added that sixty-four percent of India's population would be in the working age group by 2020.
