Union Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Thursday reportedly said India must be well-prepared to deal with chemical and biological warfare in the wake of changing threat perception and security concerns. Speaking at an event organised by DRDO, Parrikar reportedly said “We should be prepared for any kind of warfare.”
