According to reports, the famous slogan 'Keep Calm and Carry On' was created in 1939 by the British government as part of a series of three posters issued in the event of World War II (1939-1945). The 'Keep Calm' poster never officially issued. Two booksellers from the United Kingdom came across a copy hidden amongst books bought at an auction at the turn of the twenty-first century. Notably, the slogan went on to become one of the famous catchphrases in the modern era.
