Glassdoor's annual survey has revealed the highest-paying companies in America for 2017. Management consulting company A.T. Kearney tops the list with a median total compensation of $175,000 and a base compensation of $150,000. The list is followed by Strategy& and VMware in 2nd and 3rd position. Google and Facebook are placed at the 6th and 7th position in the list. This report is based on each company’s median total compensation, compiled by looking at salary reports at companies in which employees have anonymously and voluntarily shared both their base pay and other forms of compensation.
