The Delhi High Court on Tuesday reportedly issued a stay on an order issued by Central Information Commission that permitted CBSE to allow inspection of class 10th and 12th school records of Union Minister Smriti Irani. Notably, the CIC had passed the order in January 2017 to disclose Irani's academic records, while rejecting the CBSE’s contention that it constituted personal information.
